Monica is an experienced project manager and has led a number of information and research projects commissioned by the Local Government Group (LG Group) including reports on community cohesion and the Sustainable Communities Act and more recently, the Special Educational Needs Green Paper 2011. She currently leads the operational management for validated local practice for the Centre for Excellence and Outcomes in Children and Young People’s Services (C4EO). Monica also led the first phase of research for an online publication and guidelines on replicating and sustaining validated local practice commissioned by the LG Group.
Previously, Monica gained experience within an information service for local authority users working in education and children’s services. She has also worked in the commercial sector for an education tests and assessment company, in the academic sector and in the arts world.
