Survey for national data conference

During Winter 2009/10 NFER and CSN carried out a survey which aimed to investigate the current situation regarding the availability and use of data to support children‟s services. The survey was carried out for PIRGE and draft findings were reported at the National Data Conference in March 2010. A report of the findings is now available from the research and data area (research and data users only).

Characteristics of pupils living in London

A large number of tables, based on pupil level data, have been released by the GLA. They provide details of locally resident pupils in London boroughs and neighbouring authorities. Information includes pupil ethnicity, mother tongue, SEN, FSM, IDACI, distance travelled to school, attainment, age, gender, type of school attended and cross border mobility.
