In January 2010, the Eurydice national unit for Cyprus placed an enquiry to the other national units in the Eurydice information network on education in Europe which covered three areas: headteachers’ working hours, whether they are required to teach and if so, for how many hours per week. The following table summarises the responses received from 18 Eurydice network countries.
