Yarim's current responsibilities include collaborating with researchers, analysis of assessment tools and questionnaires and surveys.

Prior experience and professional background

Worked in top statistics departments of the United Nations including United Nations Development Programme (Millennium Development Goals Programme), Food and Agricultural Organisation in Rome.
Fellow and holding a Graduate Statistician status of the Royal Statistical Society.

Main research interests

Assessment, international research, literacy, National Curriculum, numeracy and research methods and statistics.

Other research interests

Food security and consumption statistics, household income and expenditure survey analysis, multivarate analysis, poverty in Middle East and North Africa regions, statistical methodology.
