Who are the teacher panel?
NFER’s Teacher Voice panel includes teachers from the full range of roles in primary and secondary schools from Head-teachers to classroom teachers. The teachers are drawn from a representative sample of schools in the maintained sector in England. The representation of the achieved sample for each survey is explained in the output of each survey. We value the teachers who take part in our surveys, and so in recognition of their efforts they are given feedback from the survey and a £5 book token for themselves - or they can choose for us to donate that money to one of our selected charities on their behalf.
