Improvement plans
School Self Evaluation Tracker (SSET) enables a link between evaluation and improvement planning to be simply created. Priorities for improvement identified in the evaluation section are linked to the Strategic Action Plan or can be delegated to Subject and Department Leaders through the Subject Action Plans.
The strategic plan can be set up for 1, 3 or 5 years and priorities assigned to specific years. These can be moved at any point and any not completed by the end of the first year will automatically roll into the following year.
Detailed actions, expected impact and monitoring can be entered and then delegated to any member of staff.
All subjects and departments can be set up ensuring a consistent, centralised approach to action planning throughout the school. Progress and monitoring can easily be checked without having to schedule meetings.
