London Conference on Employer Engagement in Education and Training 2016

Senior Research Manager Tami McCrone and Quantitative Researcher Dr Susie Bamford discussed their research on how employers can best work with schools to support young people’s successful transitions from education into a career. The conference bought together an international audience of key stakeholders in vocational education, including employers and government, to discuss international best practice.

Tami is an expert in the issues surrounding young people’s transitions from education to employment, and has produced research and guidance for schools, employers and local government. Susie has extensive experience in applying quantitative research methods to a variety of educational questions.
