Lucy is a researcher in NFER’s Centre for Assessment, where she is part of teams that design assessments at Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. She trained as a primary school teacher where she gained experience in a variety of educational settings, and has an MSc in Education and Child Development from the University of Oxford.
