Discretionary Awards in Dance and Drama

The research findings in this report confirm that a students' chance of gaining a discretionary award is highly dependent in where he or she happens to live, and suggests that the current funding system no longer provides an adequate system of support to meet the training needs of young people wishing to pursue careers in dance and drama.
