Launch of Youth Wiki
The Youth Wiki, Europe's online encyclopedia of national youth policies, was launched by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and Directorate-General Education, Youth, Sport and Culture, in Brussels on 12 December 2017.

This web-based platform provides a comprehensive database on national structures, policies and actions supporting young people. Its objectives are to promote European cooperation in the field of youth and to support evidence-based decision making.
Structure of the European Education Systems 2017/18
The latest edition of this annual publication provides an at-a-glance overview of 43 education systems, covering all 38 countries participating in the EU's Erasmus+ programme. 
For each system, a schematic diagram shows possible student pathways from pre-school, through primary and secondary education and higher education.
This is a useful resource to accompany the reading of comparative education reports.
Compulsory Education in Europe
The 2017/18 edition of this publication looks at the duration of compulsory education/training in Europe. It highlights starting and leaving ages and distinguishes between full-time and part-time compulsory education/training.
Education and Training Monitor
The European Commission has issued a new edition of its annual publication on education and training in the EU. Education and Training Monitor 2017 focuses on the theme of inequality in education and the role of education in building a fairer society. It provides cross-national analysis, along with 28 individual country reports.
