NASBTT (The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers) are holding their annual conference from Tuesday 23rd November to Thursday 25th November 2021.
At 9:50am on Wednesday 24th November, NFER’s Lead Economist, Jack Worth, will be giving a keynote address on ‘Priorities for Teacher Supply Policy After the Pandemic’. Jack will draw on recent NFER research, including reports on the Teacher Labour Market and Initial Teacher Training (ITT) placement capacity, to talk about what the policy priorities should be to ensure adequate teacher supply and retention as the country continues to emerge from the pandemic.
