Commissioned by the Education for Life Forum in the spring term of 1995, this study looks at key differences between the themes in terms of, for example, the emphasis given to each of them in school development planning, the amount of INSET undertaken to help staff with delivery and the various modes of assessment used in recording pupils' progress.
