How to decide roles and responsibilities

The group will need to decide how it is going to organise itself to successfully deliver the research project. There are a number of ways to do this. The group may decide that it wants a Group Leader, or it may want you, as facilitator, to take on this role. You might also like to suggest that the young researchers could divide into sub-groups, each taking main responsibility for different tasks such as taking and circulating meeting minutes, data collection, analysis, reporting and sharing results.
