NFER works closely with schools as partners in our wide range of research, evaluation and test trialling projects, and in the development of our products and services. We value this relationship very highly and, as part of our commitment to maintaining it, have set up a dedicated helpline team to make it easier for schools to communicate with us.
The helpline team provides a dedicated phone line and email enquiry service from 8.45am to 5.15pm every working day. Our key aim is to provide excellent customer care for schools. Queries will nearly always be answered at point of call, or referred to an expert member of the team working on the relevant product, service or research project. We endeavour to respond to all queries within one working day.
