We are part of the Eurydice Network of 42 national units based in all 38 countries of the Erasmus+ programme. Our task is to explain how education systems in Europe are organised and how policy-makers tackle challenges at all education levels: early childhood education and care, primary and secondary education, higher education and adult learning.
The national unit for the UK (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) provides system-level information for comparative reports and education system descriptions for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We also work closely with the Eurydice unit for Scotland to provide a UK-wide perspective.
- Our newsletter, Eurydice Direct, highlights the latest Eurydice reports, useful resources and forthcoming Eurydice activities. Sign up (up to 4 issues per year) here.

The work of the national unit for the UK (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) is co-funded by the UK Department for Education (DfE) and the European Union.
