TIMSS home questionnaire instructions

You will need your Pupil ID and Password to log in to the Home Questionnaire.

Your Pupil ID is shown near the top of your letter. It is 8 digits long.

Your Password is the Pupil code that is shown next to the QR code. It is 5 digits long.

Once you have identified your Pupil ID and Password, enter them on the Home Questionnaire log-in page, which is accessible via the button below.
