The Wellcome Trust commissioned seven questions on science teaching as part of the Teacher Voice Omnibus Survey completed online between the 4 and 9 March 2016.
The Teacher Voice panel was asked questions on methods of, attitudes towards, and challenges around science teaching. The nationally representative sample of respondents included teachers from a range of roles in primary schools, from headteachers to newly qualified classroom teachers. A total of 805 primary school teachers/leaders from 740 different schools responded to the survey. Please note that not all questions were answered by all respondents.
