Next steps for SEND provision

Westminster Education Forum is holding an event to discuss next steps for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) provision in England.

At 10.05am, NFER’s Senior Research Manager, Matthew Walker, will be joining the panel ‘Improving capacity, commissioning, and multi-agency delivery in local SEND’. He will be drawing on research, funded by the Nuffield Foundation, ‘High-SEND schools: Patterns and pressures in mainstream provision’, which found that pupils with SEND are not evenly distributed across England’s mainstream schools.
