Government Events are holding their ‘Teacher Recruitment and Retention Conference 2023’ to address the teacher supply shortage and improving retention.
At 10am, NFER’s School Workforce Lead, Jack Worth, will be giving a keynote session on ‘Using Data to Understand and Address Shortages in Teacher Supply’. He will draw on research from NFER’s upcoming Teacher Labour Market in England 2023 report, which looks into the trends in teacher recruitment, retention and working conditions.
